VAT within HSE North West Area. Please note that the INITIAL project forming Framework for this regional / sub - regional office NW West Area will be a Development on Letterkenny University Hospital campus comprising Ambulatory Oncology, Surgical Hub and 72 Bed Ward accommodation and associated infrastructure at Letterkenny University Hospital. Phase One of the development will include construction of the ambulatory oncology department and the surgical hub, as well as shell space for future fit out. Phase Two of the development will include the fit out of shell space to provide three 24 bed wards to be designed in accordance with the HSE exemplar design guidance for 24 Bed Acute Care Standard Inpatient Ward Block. Further Phases of the development may be required for the fit out of shell space as dictated by the design and definitive final brief. Each Phase of the development may progress through the HSE stage approvals independent of each another. It is envisaged that an enabling works package will be required as part of the development. The extent and the scope of the enabling works will be dependent on the chosen location of the new development at Letterkenny University Hospital.
