Das System soll als zentrale Plattform für Wissensmanagement, Vorgangsoptimierungen und Arbeitsentlastung dienen und gleichzeitig eine revisionssiche-re Kommunikation sowie Ablage sicherstellen. Neben klassischen DMS-Funktionen sind ausdrücklich Workflow, Vertragsmanagement sowie Schnittstellen zu relevanten Fachan-wendungen Bestandteil des Zielbilds. Als KRITIS-Organisation gelten erhöhte Anforderun-gen an IT-Sicherheit, Compliance und Datenschutz (u. a. BSI-Grundschutz KRITIS, ISO 27001, DSGVO).
