Title: Lääkäreiden suorahakupalvelut Etelä-Karjalan hyvinvointialueelle
Description: Etelä-Karjalan hyvinvointialue pyytää tarjouksia lääkäreiden suorahakupalvelusta. Lääkäreillä tarkoitetaan tässä hankinnassa sekä lääketieteen lisensiaatteja että erikoislääkäreitä. Suorahakupalvelu koskee ensisijaisesti lääkäreitä, mutta Tilaaja voi hyödyntää sopimusta myös muiden kliinistä työtä tekevien erityisasiantuntijoiden suorahakuun (esim. psykologit). Tilaajan tarpeet painottuvat erikoislääkärien rekrytointiin, mutta rekrytoitavaksi voivat tulla myös lääketieteen lisensiaatit. Palveluja ostetaan täydentämään Tilaajan omaa palvelutuotantoa eikä Tilaaja sitoudu mihinkään määräostoihin. Tilaaja hankkii lääkäreitä myös ostopalveluna. Tilaajalla on useita samansisältöisiä sopimuksia hankinnan perusteella perustettavan puitejärjestelyyn perustuen. Sopimukset eivät ole yksinoikeudellisia. Hankinta on jaettu kahteen osaan: 1. Suorahaku 2. Proaktiivinen rekrytointi Toimittaja voi tarjota ja tulla valituksi yhdelle tai kummallekin osa-alueelle palveluja tuottamaan. Hankinnan kohde on kuvattu tarkemmin liitteessä Palvelukuvaus Suunniteltu sopimuskausi on 1.8.2026 - 31.12.2027. Sopimukseen liittyy optio sopimuskauden jatkamisesta vuosille 2028 ja 2029.
