Description: Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. Le CHU de Guyane assure et organise le maillage de l'offre de soins primaires dans les territoires isolés à travers les centres délocalisés de prévention et de soins (CDPS) qui assurent l'accès aux soins de proximité des 20% de la population guyanaise résidant dans les communes isolées à l'intérieur de la Guyane. Compte tenu de son état et de sa surface, l'actuel CDPS d'APATOU ne permet pas d'accueillir les patients et les professionnels de la santé en toute sécurité. A cet effet, la présente opération a pour objectif la reconstruction du CDPS d'APATOU, le renforcement de l'offre de soins et d'amélioration de l'accueil du CDPS. En particulier, la reconstruction du CDPS d'APATOU permettra de mettre à disposition de la population et des professionnels un centre dimensionné et équipé au regard des activités de consultation, de prise en charge des urgences et de santé publique face à la dynamique démographique croissante dans le secteur. La présente consultation porte également sur la construction des logements destinés à accueillir les salariés de ce nouveau CDPS, qui vont s'installer sur la commune. L'objectif est donc de pouvoir loger 5 familles
