Acord cadru de furnizare piese de schimb pentru Solaris Urbino 12, MAZ 103, BMC 215 SCB si diverse anvelope care se va încheia cu mai mulți operatori, fără reluarea competiției, respectiv cu primii doi ofertanţi în ordinea crescătoare a preţurilor ofertate, declarati castigatori, pentru fiecare lot din cele 17 si in baza caruia se vor semna contractele subsecvente de furnizare piese de schimb si anvelope. În situaţia în care primul ofertant din clasament, respectiv primul promitent-furnizor, nu va putea răspunde solicitării entităţii contractante de atribuire a unui contract subsecvent, în perioada de valabilitate a acordului-cadru, refuzând semnarea acestuia, entitatea contractantă va solicita semnarea contractului subsecvent promitentului-furnizor clasat pe următorul loc în clasamentul în baza căruia se vor încheia acordurile-cadru.
Contractele subsecvente vor fi atribuite anual si de cate ori va fi necesar. Cantitatile minime si maxime pentru acordul cadru si pentru cel mai mare contract subsecvent sunt mentionate in caietul de sarcini. Cantităţile menţionate sunt estimative şi achizitorul nu se angajează la achiziţionarea acestora. În acest sens, achizitorul îşi rezervă dreptul ca unele produse să fie achiziţionate peste cantitatea maximă estimată prevazută în acordul cadru, iar altele să fie achiziţionate în cantităţi mai mici decât cantitatea minimă estimată sau să nu fie achiziţionate deloc. Contractele subsecvente nu vor prevedea cantităţi de produse, ci doar o valoare totală şi se vor derula pe bază de comenzi, emise conform nevoii de consum a achizitorului. Perioada de valabilitate este de 24 luni pentru acordul cadru si de pâna la 12 luni pentru fiecare contract subsecvent, in functie de necesitati.
