Antud juhul on võimalik tehnilistel põhjustel sõlmida leping ainult ettevõttega SRS, kuna antud ettevõte on allveerobotite SRS Fusion tootja, kes on suuteline ainukesena tagama enda tootele ja süsteemidele hooldus- ja remonttööde teenust, varuosasid ja (kulu)tarvikuid ning allveeroboteid, mis ühtiksid juba Mereväel kasutuses olevate allveerobotitega.
