Additional information: Sve prekogranične razmjene računa idu preko mreže PEPPOL (Pan European Public Procurement Online). Fina Access Point je certificirana PEPPOL pristupna točka koja komunicira s ostalim PEPPOL pristupnim točkama i omogućava interoperabilnu prekograničnu razmjenu računa, sukladno EU normi za e-račun (EN-16931). Kako bi poslao e-račun prema obvezniku javne nabave u Hrvatskoj, inozemni izdavatelj e-računa treba potražiti informacijskog posrednika koji ima izgrađenu i objavljenu pristupnu točku unutar PEPPOLA-a (https://peppol.eu/who-is-who/peppol-certified-aps/) koji mu može pružiti uslugu slanja e-računa putem PEPPOL mreže. Prilikom slanja e-računa prema obvezniku javne nabave u Hrvatskoj, inozemni dobavljač treba koristiti podatak 9934:OIB obveznika javne nabave.
