Description of changesA main local contractor /workshop/company in Libya should be specified for the regular maintenance and conducting any repair covered under the warranty. This company is preferred to have subcontractors or branches in the eastern and sudden part of Libya. We"ve just learned that in summer (July-Sept) except of Jadu, Janzour, and Zintan frequent power outage is experienced which, which might require the supplier to bring a big electrical generator to operate/commission/ train and handover the machineries which needs to be taken into consideration. The average daily cost is about EUR 400-700. As for the handing over, please note the followings: - A technical team from MoLG and GIZ staff should check the equipment at the supplier"s premises before shipping them to Libya. - Afterward, the equipment should be brought to one of MoLG"s garages in Tripoli Area for initial handing over and ceremony. - Then the equipment will be transported to the end destinations in each targeted municipality for installation, commissioning, and training. Daraus entstand eine Fristverlängerung bis 01.06.2026.
