Description: Deze opdracht heeft als voorwerp: Doelstelling van de opdracht De opdracht heeft als hoofddoel het verstrekken van volledige, betrouwbare en gedetailleerde informatie over de toestand van de kademuren die beheerd worden door de Haven van Brussel. Alle betrokken kades en secties worden hierbij in kaart gebracht. Het gaat om een helder en volledig inzicht in zowel de materiële opbouw van de constructies als hun algemene staat en structureel gedrag. Deze diepgaande analyse moet toelaten om de noodzakelijke ingrepen nauwkeurig te identificeren en te evalueren, met als doel de risico’s verbonden aan mogelijke gebreken aan de kademuren te beperken en te normaliseren. Zo wordt de veiligheid en duurzaamheid van de haveninfrastructuur gewaarborgd. Naast de diagnose beoogt de opdracht ook het uitwerken van een coherente strategie en een operationeel actieplan om de kades terug te brengen tot een aanvaardbaar risiconiveau, en dit niveau duurzaam te behouden. Deze aanpak omvat een concrete begeleiding van de Haven van Brussel bij de uitvoering van de nodige onderhouds- en herstelwerken, met inachtneming van technische, economische en ecologische randvoorwaarden. Tot slot voorziet de opdracht in de ontwikkeling van een duidelijke en aangepaste methodologie voor de continue monitoring van de kademuren. Dit moet een actief en proactief onderhoud mogelijk maken, waarbij schade tijdig wordt opgespoord, risico’s beheerst worden en de duurzaamheid van de constructies wordt verzekerd. Zo blijft het veiligheidsniveau genormaliseerd en conform de wettelijke vereisten en de best practices binnen de sector.
