Title: Parkschule Umbau zur Grundschule; Landschaftsbauarbeiten Interimsschulhof
Description: Die Bauherrschaft (Magistrat der Stadt Rüsselsheim am Main, Fachbereich Gebäudewirtschaft) beabsichtigt die Umnutzung der Parkschule von einer einstigen Haupt- und Realschule zu einer inklusiven, ganztätig arbeitenden, 3,5 - zügigen Grundschule. Das Gesamtensemble gliedert sich dabei in der Bestandssituation in mehrere Baukörper: - Das denkmalgeschützte Hauptgebäude, aus dem Jahr 1916 - Der denkmalgeschützte Sporthallentrakt, aus dem Jahr 1916 - Der Zwischenbau, aus dem Jahr 1916 (Abbruch) - Der Mensabau, aus dem Jahr 2007 - Der Erweiterungsbau, aus dem Jahr 1963 (Abbruch) Sowohl das Hauptgebäude und der Sporthallentrakt, als auch der Mensabau bleiben erhalten und werden saniert bzw. baulich an die neuen Nutzungsanforderungen angepasst. Der Zwischenbau wird abgebrochen und durch einen neuen 3 - geschossigen Zwischentrakt-Neubau ersetzt. Der Erweiterungsbau wird abgebrochen. An seiner Stelle entsteht ein moderner zweigeschossiger Clusterneubau. Die Baumaßnahme umfasst die provisorische Befestigung des Schulhofes mit dem Ziel, den Pausenbetrieb und die erreichbarkeit alller Eingänge für alle NutzerInnen gefahrlos zu gewährleisten. Dies ist erforderlich, weil der Neubau /Sanierung der Schulbauten nicht abgeschlossen ist. Ab Mitte Januar 2026 geht die Schule in Betrieb mit allen Lehrkräften und allen SchülerInnen. Die Arbeiten im Schulhof sind als max. 2 jähriges Provisorium anzusehen, der Endausbaus des Schulhofs einschl. Rückbau des Provisoriums erfolgt zu späterem Zeitpunkt. Eine Einfriedung des Mülltonnenplatzes .und dessen Flächenbefestigung sind hingegen fnal auszuführen. Der Bereich der Frankfurter Straße einschl. der Freifläche rund um das Denkmal im Kreuzungsbereich Dörffler-Alle wird wird vollständig und dauerhaft gebaut, hier sind Pflasterarbeiten und taktilen Steinen sowie Betonstufen und eine Behindertenrampe einschl. Entwässerungsarbeiten auszuführen. In der Frankfurter Straße und in der Dörffler-Allee sind entlang des Neubaus Erdarbeiten auszuführen und provisorische Einsaatarbeiten. Die Arbeiten erfolgen überwiegend im laufenden Schulbetrieb.
