Entitatea Contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari – in a 13-a zi inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Se va raspunde doar la solicitarile de clarificari adresate de op.ec. in termenul limita de 18 zile enuntat anterior.

Description: Pentru acest factor de evaluare se va acorda punctajul Tf. Oferta cu cel mai scurt timp de livrare a batardourilor va primi Tf = 40 puncte. Celelalte oferte vor primi punctajul Tfn = (T0/Tn)*40 Unde: T0 = termenul de livrare cel mai scurt (număr de zile) dintre toate ofertele. Tn = termenul de livrare (număr de zile) din oferta supusă evaluării Oferta cu termen de livrare de 250 zile asigura respectarea cerintei din caietul de sarcini si este conforma, dar nu se puncteaza. Oferta cu un termen de livrare mai mare de 250 zile nu respecta cerinta minima din caietul de sarcini si va fi declarata neconforma. Se puncteaza conform algoritmului de calcul precizat mai sus oferta cu un termen de livrare mai scurt decat 250 zile. Termenul minim realist de livrare este 180 zile.
