Additional information: En application de l'article L.2113-11 du Code de la commande publique, il est ainsi décidé de recourir à un marché unique, non alloti, confiant à un titulaire unique (ou groupement d'entreprises) la responsabilité globale des études d'exécution, de la fabrication, de la mise en oeuvre et de la coordination de l'ensemble des prestations. Cette solution garantit une responsabilité clairement identifiée, une meilleure maîtrise des risques techniques et de sécurité, ainsi qu'un pilotage intégré du phasage des travaux et de la gestion de la circulation. Une partie des éléments techniques au regard de la lourdeur du fichier sera transmise via un lien. Les éléments seront téléchargeables jusqu'au terme de la consultation gratuitement. La durée du marché est de 24mois à compter de l'Os de démarrage. Le délai d'exécution est fixé à 14,5 mois au maximum à compter de l'Os de démarrage conformément aux dispositions de l'acte d'engagement
