Description of selection criterion: De inschrijver dient minimum drie en maximum vijf referenties van de afgelopen 3 jaar op te geven en te beschrijven hoe hij een gelijkaardige dienstverlening georganiseerd heeft, bij voorkeur in het hoger onderwijs en aangevuld met de non-profitsector. De inschrijver toont aan dat hij een uitgebreide ervaring en kennis heeft in de materie die het voorwerp uitmaakt van de opdracht. De oudste referentie dateert maximaal van 2023. Minimumeisen: Volgende zaken dienen in de referenties aangetoond te worden (minimumvereisten): - bedrag, datum en publiek- of privaatrechtelijke instantie; - beknopte omschrijving van de opdracht; - gehanteerde budget. Met ‘gelijkaardige’ dienstverlening wordt bedoelt het vervullen van ‘brokerdiensten’ waarbij de broker optreedt bij het selecteren, aankopen en beheren van ICT-oplossingen en diensten bij diverse leveranciers. De broker adviseert, ondersteunt, beheert en optimaliseert de gewenste software-oplossingen tegen de beste prijs-kwaliteitverhouding op de markt. De gevraagde gegevens worden op één recto-verso bladzijde formaat A4 per referentie toegevoegd aan de offerte.
