Lucrările necesar a fi executate se referă la realizarea noii LEA 400 kV d.c. Gutinaș Smârdan, racordarea acesteia la stațiile de capăt Gutinaș 400 kV și Smârdan 400 kV și la extinderea Stației Gutinaș.
Obiectivul de investitii cuprinde:
— lucrari de constructie pentru noua LEA d.c.400 kV, echipata simplu circuit, cu o lungime totala de cca 138 km si LES 400 kV de aproximativ 2 km;
— lucrari de constructive pentru celula de capat din Statia Gutinas, inclusiv LES 400 kV, aproximativ 1 km.
Entitatea contractanta va raspunde, in mod clar si complet, tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatii suplimentare in doua etape, astfel:
— in a 17-a zi calendaristica de la publicarea anuntului de participare si
— in a 11-a zi calendaristica inainte de termenul-limita de depunere a ofertelor.
Entitatea contractanta va raspunde doar la solicitarile de clarificari adresate de operatorii economici pana la termenul-limita stabilit, conform art. 29 alin. (3) din HG 394/2016.
