Description: Hankintayksikkö perustaa dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän (DPS) Kunnallisteknisen suunnittelun asiantuntijapalveluiden hankinnassa. Dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään hyväksyttyjen toimittajien kesken kilpailutetaan toimeksiantoja järjestelmän sisällä, erillisillä DPS:n sisäisillä kilpailutuksilla, jotka voivat ajoittua DPS:n koko hankintavaiheen ajalle. DPS:n hankintavaihe alkaa perustamisvaiheen jälkeen (arvio heinä-elokuu 2026, ei sitova) ja päättyy DPS:n voimassaoloajan päättyessä. Dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän kohteen tarkempi kuvaus on esitetty osallistumispyynnössä ja sen liitteissä, erityisesti liitteessä 1 Dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän kohde ja osa-alueet. Dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään hyväksyminen ei sido ehdokasta osallistumaan DPS:n sisäisiin kilpailutuksiin. Ehdokas voi valita, mihin järjestelmän sisällä järjestettäviin kilpailutuksiin se osallistuu. Dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään (DPS) voi jättää osallistumishakemuksia koko sen keston ajan joko yhteen tai useampaan osa-alueeseen kerrallaan.
