Description: El objeto de este contrato es la gestión del Servicio de Punto de Encuentro Familiar (PEF), como servicio que presta la Administración de la Junta de Andalucía y que tiene por objetivo servir de espacio neutral para garantizar el derecho de los menores a relacionarse con sus progenitores y familiares durante los procesos y situaciones de separación, divorcio u otros supuestos de interrupción de la convivencia familiar, cuando las relaciones familiares son de difícil cumplimiento o se desenvuelven en un ambiente de alta conflictividad, con el fin de cumplir con el régimen de visitas acordado y establecido por resolución judicial.
