The Blaze Terra software is needed by Satcen's image analysts for on-the-fly visualisation, manipulation and analysis of geographical information data in 3D environments, without the need of pre-processing. The license agreement and the maintenance support service will have a 1-year duration. The contract will be awarded to Eternix Ltd, as this company is the sole source for the acquisition and maintenance of Blaze Terra licenses in Spain. The Satcen intends to await a standstill period of 10 days before contract signature.

Explanation:
Blaze Terra software is, to the best of our knowledge, the only off-the-shelf software capable of satisfying Satcen’s strict requirement for quick visualisation of imagery and GIS data in a 3D environment.
Eternix Ltd. is the sole developer, manufacturer and supplier of Blaze visualisation software, including the Blaze Terra and Blaze Hub families of products. The use of these products is subject to being licensed for by Eternix Ltd.
Eternix Ltd is the sole source for the supply and maintenance of Blaze Terra licenses to the Satcen as there are no official resellers or distributors that can be an alternative source for the supply or maintenance of Blaze software to the Satcen.
