Main features of the procedure: Akershus University Hospital currently has three intervention laboratories, two of which are placed in the Picture Diagnostic Department, while the last one is located in the surgical department. A system shall be procured that shall be installed in the Picture Diagnostic Department. Option is also wanted for two equivalent systems similar to the main product, which shall be placed in the remaining theatres. The system is currently used in image diagnostics for the following procedures: Angiography, PTA, PTA with stent, PTA AV fistula, Angiojet (pharmacokomecanic thromboectomy), Thrombolysis, Thrombolysis Control, Reboa, Embolisation, Prostate ebolisation, Varicula, Neurotrombectomy, Spinal puncture, Sclerosis, Nefrostomics, Nefrotomy replacements, Repositioning catheters, Ureterstent, PRG, PTC/PTBD. The system in the surgical department is used for EVAR, Embolisation, Reboa, hybrid PTA and possibly stenting. The procured system must be a functional and user friendly system, where ergonomics are emphasised. A ceiling mounted monoplane angiography apparatus with lateral movement of the C-arm is wanted for diagnostics and intervention for the whole body.
