Description: The objective of the tender is to establish a framework agreement for the maintenance of the four (4) LM 2500 Gas Turbines manufactured on licence from General Electric by Navantia S.A., for the Norwegian F310-Fridtjof Nansen Class Frigates. As part of the framework agreement, the supplier shall be capable of providing original spare parts for the LM2500 gas turbine for delivery to the customer’s own inventory. Conditions relating to the performance of the contract: The contract shall be performed in accordance with applicable requirements for security, quality, and availability. The contractor shall use qualified and, where required, security-cleared personnel. The contracting authority shall approve the use of subcontractors. The services and deliveries shall comply with agreed response times, delivery deadlines, and technical requirements set out in the contract.
Financial arrangement: Payment shall be made in accordance with the agreed prices and terms. Invoicing shall be made in arrears based on services performed and goods delivered. The payment term is 30 days from receipt of a correct invoice. Any guarantee requirements and financial securities are set out in the contract.
Subcontracting:
The contractor must indicate any change of subcontractors during the execution of the contract.

Further information, mediation and review
Information about review deadlines: The contract will not be concluded until the expiry of a standstill period of at least 10 days, calculated from the day after the notification of the contract award decision has been sent to the tenderers.
