The conference highlights current topics, trends and problems connected to export and internationalisation, and aims to inspire more Norwegian companies to invest internationally. The assignment includes the delivery of complete event services connected to the planning, coordination and implementation of the Export Conference each year in the agreement period. This includes i.a. concept development within given frameworks, project management, practical and technical execution, production, logistics, supplier coordination as well as support for programme and participant experience. The event agency shall work closely with the contracting authorities to ensure that the event supports the conference ́s professional aims, strategic priorities and desired profile, and contribute to continual improvement and development of the conference from year to year. The export conference collects around 400 guests, who upon arrival will be awarded access certificates in the form of name labels. Before the professional program starts, there is up to 1.5 hours of mingling, where guests are served a light lunch as well as alcohol-free drinks, tea and coffee. The programme itself has a four hour duration. The assignment includes the hire of premises in the centre of Oslo, serving food and drink, conferences, streaming and production of short presentation films (1-2 minutes) of the candidates for the Export Price and Newcomer Prize (altogether four candidates).
