Număr de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor: 15 zile. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări/informațiilor suplimentare în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. Orice solicitarea de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SEAP (http://e-licitatie.ro/pub.ro).

Description: Costumul de pompier pătrundere normală este compus din: jachetă de protecție pompier (1 buc.), pantalon de protecție pompier (1 buc.), cagulă ignifugă – protecție pompier (1 buc.), cască de protecție pompier cu sistem de comunicații integrat (1 buc.), mănuși ignifuge – protecție pompier (1 pereche), mănuși de protecție pompier (1 pereche), centură de siguranță pentru pompier (1 buc.), bocanci de protecție pompier (1 pereche), în cantitate de 1 cpl. Produsul este necesar, pentru protejarea personalului participant în misiunile de anihilarea focarului și stingerea cât mai rapid a focului. Furnizare Costumul de pompier pătrundere normală, acord cadru: minim 50 cpl., maxim 471 cpl.; contract subsecvent minim 20 cpl., maxim 100 cpl. Cantitățile minime și maxime, sunt conform specificațiilor din caietul de sarcini. Calendar estimativ (frecvența și valoarea contractelor care urmează să fie atribuite): semestrial/anual. Datele propuse în calendarul estimativ reprezintă intenția autorității/entității contractante, nu un angajament ferm din partea autorității/entității contractante cu privire la atribuirea contractelor subsecvente, pornind de la ipoteza de lucru că nu vor apărea evenimente/circumstanțe imprevizibile care nu au putut fi luate în considerare la momentul inițierii procedurii de atribuire, respectiv vor fi asigurate și resursele financiare necesare.

Produsul este necesar pentru protejarea personalului participant în misiunile de anihilarea focarului, stingerea cât mai rapid a focului unde atmosfera este toxică sau concentrația de oxigen este scăzută. Furnizare Aparatul de respirat în mediu toxic, acord cadru: minim 50 cpl., maxim 471 cpl.; contract subsecvent minim 20 cpl., maxim 100 cpl.
