Mehraufwendungen wie 
- die zusätzliche Probenahme und Analyse nach EBV für bereits nach LAGA untersuchten Haufwerke und
- die ergänzende Analyse nach EBV bei aktuellen Probenahmen/Analysen nach LAGA.
Die Analytik ist bis her nach LAGA erfolgt, weil die Deponien von der Übergangsregelung gebrauch gemacht haben. Bei der Entsorgung über einige Entsorgung wird jedoch nur noch EBV-Beprobung akzeptiert. Nach Rücksprache zwischen AG und dem Abfallmanagement wurde entschieden, deshalb die nach LAGA beprobten Materialien jetzt nach EBV zu beproben.Das die Entsorger die Beprobung nach LAGA mittlerweile ablehnen, ist aus Sicht der BÜW verständlich. Eine gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Beprobung nach EBV sollte jedoch von allen Entsorgern angenommen werden. Deshalb empfhielt die BÜW, die noch altbeprobten
