Servicii de reparatii si interventie la sonde de titei.
In masura în care solicitarile de clarificari sau informatii suplimentare au fost adresate în termenul prevazut în anuntul de participare, respectiv cel mai tarziu cu 19 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a Solicitarilor de participare, entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in a 10-a zi inainte de termenul-limita stabilit in anuntul de participare pentru depunerea solicitarilor de participare, conform prevederilor art. 172 din Legea nr. 99/2016. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde doar la solicitarile de clarificari adresate de operatorii economici pana la termenul stabilit, conform prevederilor art. 29 alin. (3) din HG 394/2016.

Servicii de reparatii si interventie la sonde de titei.
La data initierii acestei proceduri OMV Petrom estimeaza ca, la un interval de aproximativ 12 luni pe parcursul derularii acordului-cadru, va transmite invitatie la ofertare pentru atribuirea de contracte subsecvente.
Cantitatile estimate de servicii aferente acordului-cadru, respectiv cantitatile de servicii ce ar putea face obiectul unui singur contract subsecvent dintre cele care urmeaza sa fie atribuite, pe durata acordului-cadru, sunt urmatoarele:
— numar minim/max. estimat de ore pentru acordul-cadru: 582 000/5 820 000;
— numar minim/max. estimat de ore pentru contract subsecvent: 2 425/363 750.
Valoarea estimata min./max. per acord-cadru:
VEmin = 116 400 000 RON, fara TVA, VEmax = 1 164 000 000 RON, fara TVA.
