Description of selection criterion: § 46 (3) Nr. 3 VgV: Maßnahmen des Bieters, zur Gewährleistung der Qualität und seiner Untersuchungsmöglichkeiten. Der Bieter muss mindestens einen formlosen Nachweis eines eigenen Qualitätsmanagementsystem bzw. einer ISO Zertifizierung erbringen.

Description of selection criterion: § 46 (3) Nr. 1 VgV: Ausführung von Leistungen in den letzten fünf Jahren, die mit der zu vergebenden Leistung vergleichbar sind. Der Bieter muss mindestens folgende Leistungen erbracht haben: Beschreibung: Vorlage einer Referenz über Leistungen der LPH 5 und 6 im Bereich Verkehrsanlagenplanung (optional mit BIM-Bezug) in der Honorarzone III oder höher, mit anrechenbaren Kosten von mind. 2 Mio. € netto. Die Fertigstellung und Inbetriebnahme der Anlage darf frühestens am 01. Januar 2021 erfolgt sein.

Description of selection criterion: § 46 (3) Nr. 2 VgV: Leistungsfähigkeit der technischen Fachkräfte, die im Zusammenhang mit der Leistungserbringung eingesetzt werden sollen, inkl. berufliche Befähigung. Der Bieter muss mindestens folgende Befähigung aufweisen: Grundsätzliche Anforderungen an den BIM-Gesamtkoordinator - Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Projektmanagement, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Architektur oder vergleichbar - Berufserfahrung von mindestens 2 Jahren als Fachplaner - Nachweis mind. einer persönlichen Referenz in der Anwendung von BIM (mit Außenwirkung, kein ausschließlich unternehmensinternes BIM-Projekt) - Mindestens eine Fortbildung im Bereich BIM in den letzten 5 Jahren § 46 (3) Nr. 6 VgV: Leistungsfähigkeit der Führungskräfte des Unternehmens, die die technische Leitung innehaben inkl. berufliche Befähigung. Der Bieter muss mindestens folgende Befähigung aufweisen: abgeschlossenes Studium im technischen Bereich, mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung
