Justification for the accelerated procedure: Na podlagi četrtega odstavka 40. člena ZJN-3, se bo zaradi nujnosti skrajšal rok za oddajo ponudb na 15 dni. Predmet naročila zajema izvajanje strokovno tehničnega nadzora pri izvedbi jeklenih konstrukcij z oblogami na Centru Rotovž. Z gradbeni deli je potrebno začeti čim prej, saj je dokončanje časovno vezano na rok za pridobitev uporabnega dovoljenja, kar je pogoj sofinanciranja. Posledično je potrebno zagotoviti gradbeni nadzor v čim krajšem času.

Other information about renewals: Izvajalec se obvezuje, da bo storitve po tej pogodbi opravljal in dokončal skladno s terminskim planom izvedbe jeklenih konstrukcij z oblogami oziroma do predaje izvedenih del naročniku. Predviden rok za končanje vseh del je december 2026. Roki se lahko spremenijo le v primeru višje sile, ki jo definirajo zakonska določila, spremenjene roke pa mora potrditi naročnik, sicer se uveljavlja pogodbena kazen. Sprememba roka izvedbe jeklene konstrukcije z oblogami pomeni spremembo roka izvedbe nadzora. Izvajalec bo zadolžen tudi za opravljanje del v garancijski dobi nadzorovanih del.
