Additional information: Le lot n°3SC a pour objet des travaux d’échafaudages et de lifts dans le cadre de la sous-opération SO3 relative à la restauration extérieure de la sacristie de la cathédrale Notre-Dame de Paris. Il s’agit d’un marché composite. Il comprend une partie ordinaire conclue à prix global et forfaitaire et une partie passée sous la forme d'un accord-cadre avec émission de bons de commande sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum de 2 000 000 € HT pour la durée du marché. Il est conclu à compter de sa date de notification jusqu’à la fin de la garantie de parfait achèvement. Il contient une clause d'insertion par l'activité économique. Le pouvoir adjudicateur se réserve la possibilité de passer un ou des marché(s) négocié(s) sans publicité ni mise en concurrence conformément à l'article R.2122-7 du code de la commande publique portant sur la réalisation de services / travaux similaires à ceux confiés au titulaire.
