Description: Für die Realisierung des Bauvorhabens sucht die Stadt Gladbeck einen geeigneten Generalunternehmer, der neben der eigentlichen Bauleistung auch Planungsleistungen erbringt. Bestandteil ist die Planung ab der Leistungsphase 5 und der schlüsselfertige Neubau des Wertstoffhofes, auf Basis einer funktionalen Leistungsbeschreibung (FLB). Der Neubau des Wertstoffhofes ist auf einem 8.413 m² großen Grundstück vollständig, schlüsselfertig funktionstüchtig, betriebs- und gebrauchsfertig inkl. der Herstellung der Außenanlagen zu realisieren. Dies sind: 1 Verwaltungsgebäude mit Büro- und Sozialeinrichtungen, 2 Remisen, 1 Annahmegebäude, 1 Containerstellfläche, 1 Waschplatz, 1 Regenwasserzisterne, 1 Regenwasserrückhaltung als Stauraumkanal, Geländeauffüllung/-modellierung, Versiegelung und Befestigung von Betriebsflächen inkl. Stellplätzen und Entwässerung. Darüber hinaus ist der Rückbau der bestehenden Gebäude und baulichen Anlagen vom Auftragnehmer zu leisten. Das gegenständliche Grundstück wird als Altlastenstandort im Altlastenkataster geführt.
