Support with methodological, technical and software maintenance and development of the COPERT model on emissions from the road transport sector. Support with analytical work and the provision of knowledge services on fuel quality and as regards the continuous monitoring and assessment of the environmental impacts of the transport sector within the EEA Transport and Environment Reporting Mechanism (TERM).

Additional information: Participation in this call for tender is restricted to the list of Topic Centre Organisations designated by the EEA’s Management Board in application of Article 2 of the Management Board Decision of 4 December 2025 laying down Implementing Rules for the designation of Topic Centres in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 401/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 April 2009 on the EEA and the European Environment Information and Observation Network (Eionet).In case of unavailability or disruptions in the functioning of the electronic means of communication provided in Section 5.1.11 in the last 5 calendar days before the time limit for receipt indicated in Section 5.1.12, the contracting authority reserves the right to extend this time limit and publish the extension at the Internet address provided in Section 5.1.11, without a preceding publication of a corrigendum to this notice.
