Description: Die Gemeinde Zaberfeld besteht aus den Ortsteilen Zaberfeld, Michelbach, Ochsenburg und Leonbronn. Sie beabsichtigt die einzelnen Ortsfeuerwehren zu einem zentral gelegenen Feuerwehrhaus mit 6 Stellplätzen, am westlichen Ortsrand von Zaberfeld zusammenzuführen. Nach der erfolgten Durchführung eines Planungswettbewerbs wird nun der Entwurf des 1. Preises weitergeplant. Ziel ist weiter, ein in Planung, Bau und Betrieb wirtschaftlich optimiertes Gebäude, das im Bau, Betrieb, Zweckmäßigkeit und Unterhaltung die Anforderungen der Ausloberin einhält. Über ein europaweites VgV-Verfahren wird ein Ingenieurbüro für Technische Ausrüstung (Heizung, Lüftung, Sanitär und Elektro) für die Erbringung der Planungsleistungen der Kostengruppen: 410 Abwasser-, Wasser-, Gasanlagen 420 Wärmeversorgungsanlagen 430 Raumlufttechnische Anlagen 440 Elektrische Anlagen 450 Kommunikations-, sicherheits- und informationstechnische Anlagen 460 Förderanlagen 470 Nutzungsspezifische und verfahrenstechnische Anlagen 480 Gebäude- und Anlagenautomation gesucht, zur Planung des mit dem 1. Preis gewürdigten Entwurf von Lehmann Architekten, Offenburg. Die Beauftragung der Leistungen erfolgt stufenweise in Abhängigkeit zum Förderantrag (Stufe 1: LPH 1 - 3 / Stufe 2: LPH 4 - 9).

Title: Technische Ausrüstung nach §55 für die KG 410 - 480 in den LPH 1 - 9
Description: Nach der erfolgten Durchführung eines Planungswettbewerbs wird nun der Entwurf des 1. Preises weitergeplant. Ziel ist weiter, ein in Planung, Bau und Betrieb wirtschaftlich optimiertes Gebäude, das im Bau, Betrieb, Zweckmäßigkeit und Unterhaltung die Anforderungen der Ausloberin einhält. Das Grundstück liegt an einem nach Norden ansteigenden Hang. Die Planung setzt das Gebäude auf einem begradigten Plateau, in ausgemittelter Geländehöhe. Die Baukonstruktion wird in Holzhybridbauweise im Sinne eines funktionalen Zweckbaus in zeitloser Eleganz und mit minimierter Instandhaltung geplant. Der Übungsturm aus Stampfbeton wird entgegen der Wettbewerbsplanung freigestellt und an die Südostecke des Grundstücks versetzt. Das kompakte, flächen- und kubaturoptimierte Gebäude, die Anordnung der unterschiedlichen Funktionsbereiche, in hochgedämmter, wärmebrückenfreier Ausführung sowie die natürliche Belichtung mit außenliegendem Sonnenschutz und Querlüftungsmöglichkeiten bilden die Grundvoraussetzung für eine wirtschaftliche Umsetzung und ein verbrauchsoptimiertes Energiekonzept. Die klare Trennung von beheizten Räumen (Büro, Verwaltung, Versammlungsräume) und niedertemperierten Räumen (Fahrzeughalle) und der Verzicht auf die Überbauung der Fahrzeughalle reduziert Kosten und den Ressourcenverbrauch sowohl bei der Herstellung als auch beim Betrieb des Gebäudes. In Verbindung mit entsprechender PV-Nutzung der Dachflächen wird die Umsetzung eines Plus-Energiegebäudes bzw. eines CO²-neutralen Betriebs angestrebt.
