Deze worden geüpdatet naar de huidige standaarden, waarbij eenvoudig gebruik en beheer de uitgangspunten zijn. In de leidraad paragraaf 2.4 staat een een weergave van de mogelijke afname binnen deze overeenkomst. Inschrijvers kunnen hier geen rechten aan ontlenen.
