— lot 3 – executie lucrari de abandonare de suprafata a sondelor apartinand OMV Petrom situate in judetele: Arges, Olt, Valcea, Dolj si Gorj;

— lot 4 – executie lucrari de abandonare de suprafata a sondelor apartinand OMV Petrom situate in judetele: Calarasi, Giurgiu si Teleorman;

— lot 5 – executie lucrari de abandonare de suprafata a sondelor apartinand OMV Petrom situate in judetele: Dambovita, Prahova, Ialomita, Ilfov si Bucuresti.

In masura în care solicitarile de clarificari sau informatiile suplimentare au fost adresate în termenul prevazut în anuntul de participare, respectiv cel mai tarziu cu 19 zile inainte de data-limita de depunere a ofertelor, autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari sau informatiilor suplimentare in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul-limita stabilit in anuntul de participare pentru depunerea ofertelor, conform prevederilor art. 160 din Legea nr. 98/2016. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde doar la solicitarile de clarificari adresate de operatorii economici pana la termenul stabilit, conform prevederilor art. 27 alin. (3) din HG 395/2016.

Solicitarile de clarificari privind doc. de atribuire din partea op. ec. interesati si, implicit, raspunsurile aferente din partea AC, se vor transmite exclusiv prin intermediul SEAP, confom art. 160 alin. (3) din Legea 98/2016 si a Notificarii emise de ANAP in data de 6.9.2016.

Executie lucrari de abandonare de suprafata a sondelor apartinand OMV Petrom situate in judetele: Bacau, Neamt, Braila, Buzau, Galati, Vrancea si Covasna – conform documentului descriptiv. La data initierii acestei proceduri, OMV Petrom estimeaza ca, cel putin trimestrial, pe parcursul derularii acordului-cadru pentru fiecare lot, urmeaza sa lanseze o invitatie de a participa la reluarea competitiei pentru semnarea unui contract subsecvent.

Estimarea de timp de mai sus este indicativa, iar nelansarea unei astfel de invitatii intr-un anumit interval de timp nu conduce in nicio situatie la eliberarea semnatarilor acordului-cadru de obligatiile lor. Cantitatile estimate aferente acordului-cadru pentru lotul 2, respectiv cantitatilor ce ar putea face obiectul unui singur contract subsecvent dintre cele care urmeaza sa fie atribuite, pe durata acordului-cadru sunt:
