Principalele activitati ce urmeaza a fi prestate de catre delegatar/prestator pe parcursul perioadei de derulare a contractului constau în: colectarea deșeurilor municipale de pe raza județului Brăila, estimandu-se cantitate anuala de 86.546 tone, in valoare estimata de maxim 44.050.719 lei/an și activitatea de maturat, spalat, stropit si intretinere cai publice in municipiul Brăila, conform datelor din caietul de sarcini, in valoare estimata de maxim 14.476.607 lei/an.
Numar de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 25 zile. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/informațiilor suplimentare în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. Conform art. 160 din Legea nr.98/2016 cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, obligatia autoritatii contractante de a raspunde la solicitarile de clarificari este conditionata de transmiterea solicitarilor de clarificare in termenul impus prin documentatia de atribuire, a se tine cont in acest caz de termenul indicat la I. 3.

Operatorul delegat pentru colectarea si transportul deseurilor municipale va transporta deseurile stradale din fiecare UAT spre instalatiile de eliminare (depozitul ecologic Ianca pentru zona 2, statia de transfer Insuraţei pentru zona 3 si spre depozitul Muchea pentru zona 1 de colectare).
