Short description
Detalierea operatiunilor care constituie obiectul achizitiei se regaseste detaliat la nivelul caietului de sarcini parte a documentelor prezentei achizitii.
În cadrul acestei proceduri, beneficiarii achizitiei si semnatarii acordului-cadru sunt mai multe autoritati contractante care, in baza art. 44 din Legea nr. 98/2016 realizeaza in comun prezenta achizitie, autoritatea contractanta care este mandatata sa organizeze prezenta procedura de atribuire ca lider de asociere fiind DAUI S4, si in continuare prin autoritate contractantă se va intelege oricare dintre autoritatile contractante beneficiare/semnatare ale acordului-cadru.
Autoritatile contractante care se asociaza pentru realizarea prezentei achizitii in comun sunt:
— Direcția de Administrare a Unităților de Învățământ Sector 4 – lider de asociere;
— Sectorul 4 al municipiului București – membru de asociere;
— Direcția Generală De Impozite Și Taxe Locale Sector 4 – membru de asociere;
— Direcția Generală de Evidență a Persoanelor Sector 4 – membru de asociere;
— Direcţia Generală de Asistenţă Socială și Protecţia Copilului Sector 4 – membru de asociere;
— Direcția de Mobilitate Urbană Sector 4 – membru de asociere;
— Direcția Piețe și Gestionare Activități Comerciale Sector 4 – membru de asociere.
Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data-limita de depunere a ofertelor: 20 de zile. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatii suplimentare, in cea de-a 11-a zi inainte de termenul-limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, in conditiile in care solicitarile se vor adresa cu cel putin 20 de zile inainte de termenul-limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Clarificarile depuse dupa acest termen nu vor mai fi luate in considerare.
