Description: Achiziţia are ca scop furnizarea de produse de tipul echipamentelor individuale de protecţie împotriva contaminării (cartuşe filtrante), pentru asigurarea protecţiei individuale a personalului care efectuează activităţi în zona radiologică a Unităţilor 1 şi 2 de la CNE Cernavodă, atât în perioada de operare normală, cât şi în perioada opririlor planificate/neplanificate ale acestora, în baza unui acord-cadru cu o durată de 24 de luni. Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data-limită de depunere a ofertelor este de 16 zile. Entitatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări sau informațiilor suplimentare în a 11-a zi înainte de data-limită de depunere a ofertelor. Entitatea contractantă va răspunde doar la solicitările de clarificări adresate de operatorii economici până la termenul-limită stabilit.
