Indien de eigen voertuigen (tijdelijk) niet beschikbaar zijn, zal de provincie de Opdrachtnemer verzoeken om een representatief voertuig in te zetten. De Opdracht omvat het volgende: • Regulier vervoer: Gepland vervoer ten behoeve van vergaderingen, werkbezoeken en andere officiële aangelegenheden. • Ad-hoc vervoer: Vervoer op afroep, inclusief spoedritten en ritten met last-minute wijzigingen. • Representatief vervoer: Chauffeurs hebben een verzorgde en representatieve uitstraling. Indien voertuigen van de opdrachtnemer worden ingezet, gelden hiervoor passende eisen.
