DescriptionSe precisa cubrir las necesidades de uniformidad de los servicios municipales, según lo establecido en el articulo 31 del Acuerdo de Funcionarios y el articulo 34 del Convenio Colectivo para el Personal Laboral del Excmo Ayuntamiento de Utrera y demás normativa aplicables y en concreto, el reglamento interno de vestuario del Ayto. de Utrera. En cuanto a la uniformidad de las Policías Locales, se establece por Decreto 250/2007, de 25 de septiembre. De acuerdo con la Ley 6/2023, de 7 de julio, de Policías Locales de Andalucía, concretamente en su articulo 21, la uniformidad de las personas integrantes de los cuerpos de la Policía Local de Andalucía será común para todas. Todas las personas integrantes de los cuerpos de la Policía Local vestirán el uniforme reglamentario cuando estén de servicio, salvo en los casos de dispensa previstos en la Ley Orgánica 2/1986, de 13 de marzo. La dotación de la uniformidad corresponderá al Ayuntamiento del que dependa el correspondiente Cuerpo de la Policía Local. Se establece la renovación periódica por parte del Ayuntamiento de la uniformidad. Dado que el colectivo policial presta servicios con uniformidad reglamentada en base a la normativa específica de los cuerpos de Policía Local, con el deterioro de las mismas por el transcurso del tiempo, es necesario la dotación a los integrantes de la plantilla de dicha uniformidad policial mediante el suministro de las mismas por empresas especializadas que cumplen con los requisitos normativos de dichas prendas específicas y regladas, adaptándose las mismas a la normativa vigente, por lo que se estima conveniente que por el Ayuntamiento se proceda a celebrar contrato de suministro.
