TitleProcurement of All-Terrain Vehicles for the Defence Sector - Pre-qualification
DescriptionThe Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency (NDMA) hereby invites suppliers to pre qualification for the procurement of lightweight all terrain vehicles for military use in both winter and summer conditions, including snowmobiles and 6x6 ATVs. The procurement will be conducted as a negotiated procedure with prior pre qualification of candidates. A non exclusive framework agreement will be awarded to a single supplier, with an initial term of three years and an option for an additional four years, for a total potential duration of seven years. The estimated contract value is NOK 385 million, with an overall ceiling of NOK 710 million. The agreement covers the complete scope of supply and is not divided into lots. The procedure is organised as a two stage process, where this pre qualification constitutes stage 1. Only suppliers that meet the pre qualification requirements will be granted access to the tender stage (stage 2). These requirements are set out in the attached document “Pre-qualification Document”, which specifies the conditions for participation, required documentation, deadlines, and a description of the procurement process. Tenderers are asked to read the document carefully before submitting their request for participation. Any questions related to the prequalification shall be asked through the Mercell portal by the deadline for questions.
