Termenul pana la care Autoritatea Contractanta va raspunde solicitarilor de clarificari potrivit prevederile art. 160 alin. 1 si 2 din Legea 98/2016 asa cum a fost modificat prin OUG 107/2017 din 20 decembrie 2017, stabilit prin raportare la termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor este de 10 zile. Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor este de 15 zile (inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor)

Estimarea valorii totale a achiziţiilor pentru întreaga durată a acordului-cadru (după caz; numai în cifre):
Valoarea estimată fără TVA: 134.453.781,52 Monedă: lei

Valoarea maximă estimată a unui contract subsecvent este de 10.005.000 lei
