Under the direction of the iCAN Development Officer, they will provide training to community volunteers in the digitisation of cultural heritage material to industry standards, and in the iCAN WordPress CMS. They will facilitate the online iCAN Digital Champions sessions and lead the technical support service. The successful tenderer will assist the iCAN Team to support volunteer groups to develop and maintain their WordPress community archive websites. They will provide training to existing and new groups to develop and improve their knowledge of iCAN’s custom-built Content Management System, equipping them with the skills to effectively develop and manage their websites on an ongoing basis.
