Er dient één offerte te worden ingediend voor alle negen posten gezamenlijk, anders is de offerte absoluut nietig. Alle onderdelen van de opdracht zullen worden toegewezen aan dezelfde opdrachtnemer, nl. de inschrijver die als opdrachtnemer aan deze aanbesteding zal worden aangeduid.
