Description: Achiziție echipamente de laborator pentru dotare ateliere de practica cu echipamente digitale- specifice programelor de studii organizate in sistem dual de Partenerul 2 - Laboratorul 4 din cadrul proiectului „Construire infrastructură pentru învățământ dual – AGRITECH”, Componenta C15 – Educație a Planului Naționale de Redresare și Reziliență Procedura are ca obiectiv: Achiziție de echipamente de laborator pentru dotare ateliere de practica cu echipamente digitale - specifice programelor de studii organizate in sistem dual de Partenerul 2 - Laboratorul 4 - Proiect ,,Construire infrastructură pentru învățământ dual – AGRITECH” Procedura de atribuire este împărțită în 12 LOT uri, după cum urmează: LOT 1 Echipamente informatice – 75 buc LOT 2 Camera supraveghere – buc 2 LOT 3 Cutter plotter/ Masina de gravat – buc 1 LOT 4 Plotter - buc 1 LOT 5 Sistem integrat de pozitionare – buc 2 LOT 6 Solar – buc 1 LOT 7 Sistem UAV mini – buc 1 LOT 8 Instalatie de irigat prin picurare – buc 1 LOT 9 Kit statie totala si accesorii – buc 1 LOT 10 Drona - buc 1 LOT 11 Sistem scanare - buc 1 LOT 12 Scaner laser 3D - buc 1 Specificațiile tehnice se regăsesc în cadrul caietului de sarcini. Proiectul este finanțat prin Planul Național de Redresare și Reziliență, Componenta C15 – Educație Notă: *Autoritatea contractanta va răspunde în mod clar si complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/informații suplimentare cu 20 de zile înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor, in măsura in care solicitările sunt transmise în termenul precizat la cap. I.1. (20 zile înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor). Procedura de atribuire/achiziția este inițiată sub incidența prezentei clauzei de reziliere , în sensul că: Obligatiile financiare ale Autorității contractante se limitează strict la: • bunurile/serviciile livrate și acceptate pănă 01.08.2026; • bunurile/serviciile remediate și acceptate în perioada suplimentară de 10 zile cu penalități; Bunurile/serviciile neexecutate sau livrate/remediate după această perioadă, pentru care nu se identifică fonduri disponibile, nu vor fi acceptate și nu vor fi plătite. Contractul se consideră reziliat de drept pentru bunurile/serviciile care nu pot fi achitate din aceste cauze, fără a afecta dreptul Părților de a rezilia contractul și din alte cauze prevăzute în prezentul Contract; Ofertanții din cadrul acestei proceduri înțeleg că Autoritatea Contractantă și/sau Ministerul Investițiilor și Proiectelor Europene nu pot fi considerați răspunzători pentru vreun prejudiciu în cazul anulării procedurii de atribuire, indiferent de natura acestuia și indiferent dacă Autoritatea Contractantă și/sau Ministerul Investițiilor și Proiectelor Europene au fost notificați asupra existenței unui asemenea prejudiciu. Ofertanții din cadrul acestei proceduri acceptă utilizarea condițiilor speciale de mai sus/clauzei de reziliere, asumându-si întreaga răspundere în raport cu eventualele prejudicii pe care le-ar putea suferi în situația descrisă.
