Acord-cadru de furnizare echipamente capete de coloana si servicii conexe.
In masura în care solicitarile de clarificari sau informatii suplimentare au fost adresate în termenul prevazut în anuntul de participare, respectiv cel mai tarziu cu 19 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor, entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in a 25-a si in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit in anuntul de participare pentru depunerea ofertelor, conform prevederilor art. 172 din Legea nr. 99/2016. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde doar la solicitarile de clarificari adresate de operatorii economici pana la termenul stabilit, conform prevederilor art. 29 alin. (3) din HG 394/2016.

Acord-cadru de furnizare echipamente capete de coloana si servicii conexe. Cantitatile estimate de produse/servicii minime/maxime ce fac obiect acord-cadru/unui singur contract subsecvent dintre cele ce urmeaza sa fie atribuite pe durata acordului-cadru sunt prezentate in Anexa 1 la Fisa de date/Instructiuni catre ofertanti. Se estimeaza a fi atribuite 7 contracte subsecvente. Durata celui mai mare contract subsecvent este estimata la 12 luni.
Valoarea estimata min./max. per acord-cadru: VEmin = 30 335 287,04 USD, VEmax = 130 516 372,36 USD.
Valoarea estimata min./max. per contract subsecvent: VEmin = 3 902 667,66 USD, VEmax = 21 153 619,47 USD.
