Er zijn diverse materialen, vallend onder productgroepen zoals opgenomen in paragraaf 1.3.4 van de leidraad, waarvan verwacht wordt dat de gecontracteerde leveranciers die in ieder geval kunnen leveren. Deze lijst productgroepen is niet limitatief. Looptijd overeenkomst WSRL wenst met vijf (5) Inschrijvers een raamovereenkomst te sluiten, in het kader waarvan gedurende twee jaar, met een optionele verlenging van maximaal twee keer één jaar, opdrachten voor de levering van werktuigbouwkundige en technische materialen kunnen worden geplaatst. De ingangsdatum van de overeenkomst is 1 december 2026.
