Description: Hankinnan kohteena on palveluntuottaja, joka tuottaa pääasiassa päiväaikaisen toiminnan kuljetuksia sekä muita mahdollisia henkilökuljetustarpeita Päijät-Hämeen hyvinvointialueen toiminta-alueella. Kuljetukset on jaettu kuuteen (6) osa-alueeseen, jotka sijoittuvat seuraaville alueille: 1. Lahti 2. Hollola ja Kärkölä 3. Iitti 4. Heinola 5. Asikkala 6. Orimattila Hankintaan olennaisesti kuuluu myös Päijät-Hämeen hyvinvointialueen välityskeskuspalveluntuottaja (jäljempänä ”Välityskeskus”), joka vastaa hankintaan kuuluvien asiakkaiden kuljetusten suunnittelusta, tilausten, peruutusten ja muutosten vastaanottamisesta sekä kuljetusten välityksestä ajoneuvoihin. Palvelukokonaisuuden toiminta vaatii palveluntuottajalta tiivistä yhteistyötä sekä Päijät-Hämeen hyvinvointialueen, että välityskeskuksen suuntaan. Päijät-Hämeen hyvinvointialue hankkii tällä tarjouspyynnöllä sopimusajoneuvoja, joille korvataan jokaiselta ajopäivältä minimikorvauksen kahdeksan (8) tunnin ajopäivä tarjotun tuntihinnan mukaisesti. Ajopäivän aikana sopimusajoneuvo on velvoitettu ajamaan kaikkia Päijät-Hämeen hyvinvointialueen asiakkaiden henkilökuljetuksia, jotka välityskeskus ajoneuvolle välittää. Sopimusajoneuvot ovat kuitenkin ensisijaisesti varattu Päijät-Hämeen hyvinvointialueen päiväaikaisen toiminnan toimintakeskusten työ- ja päivätoiminnan sekä asumisyksiköiden liikkuvan päivätoiminnan kuljetuksille. Työ- ja päivätoiminnan kuljetukset koostuvat pääasiassa etukäteen tiedossa olevista vakiokuljetuksista. Kuljetukset tapahtuvat pääasiassa arkisin ja sijoittuvat kello 07:00–17:00 välille. Näiden kuljetusten ohella ajoneuvoa voidaan käyttää välityskeskuksen ohjauksessa myös muihin Päijät-Hämeen hyvinvointialueen asiakkaiden kuljetuksiin, esimerkiksi vammaispalvelulain tai sosiaalihuoltolain mukaisiin asiointi- ja virkistysmatkoihin. Tarjoaja tarjoaa ajoneuvolle tuntihintaa, johon tulee sisältyä kaikki palvelun toteuttamisen vaatimat kulut. Liikennöinnistä ei ajopäivän tuntien lisäksi siis erikseen korvata avustus- tai muita lisiä. Sopimuskausi on määräaikainen kaksikymmentäneljä (24) kuukautta, jonka jälkeen se jatkuu toistaiseksi voimassa olevana kuuden (6) kuukauden irtisanomisajalla.
