Het zorgen voor adoptie: training en instructie voor de key-users en/of eindgebruikers, o.b.v. het “train-de-trainer” principe. voor ca 50 gebruikers maximaal te besteden bedrag voor 4 jaar is 390.000 Euro Indien het een microsoftdynamics oplossing is en Opdrachtgever levert de licenties dan is het maximale te besteden bedrag voor de eerste 4 jaar 225000 Euro
