Jud. Olt, km 0+000-48+222; L=47,670 km”, conform documentatiei de atribuire. Valoarea estimata totala a achizitiei este de 264.411.048,58 lei fara TVA, defalcata dupa cum urmeaza: Cap.1 – Cheltuieli pentru obtinerea si amenajarea terenului = 7.023.264,94 lei, din care: 1.2 – Amenajarea terenului = 3.737.703,41 lei; 1.3. – Amenajari pentru protectia mediului si aducerea terenului la starea initiala = 1.136.295,83 lei; 1.4. – Cheltuieli pentru relocarea/protectia utilitatilor = 2.149.265,70 lei, din care: 1.4.2 – Relocare retea telecomunicatii = 2.052.385,56lei; 1.4.3 – Relocare bransamente gaze = 21.772,36 lei; 1.4.4 – Relocare bransamente alimentare cu apa = 75.107,78 lei; Cap. 4 – Cheltuieli privind investitia de baza = 256.295.265,98 lei, din care: 4.1. Construcții și instalații: 256.295.265,98 lei, din care: 4.1.1.1. – Lucrari de drum: 233.336.456,51 lei; 4.1.1.2 – Lucrari de arta: 22.958.809,47 lei Cap. 5.1 Organizare de santier = 1.092.517,66 lei, din care: 5.1.1.Lucrari de constructii si instalatii aferente organizarii de santier : 964.305,98 lei; 5.1.2.Cheltuieli conexe organizarii santierului : 128.211,68 lei; Termene pentru depunerea/raspunsul la solicitarile de clarificari/informatii suplimentare: A. In conformitate cu prevederile art. 160 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 98/2016 cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, termenul limita pana la care orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire este de maxim 20 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. B. In conformitate cu prevederile art. 160 alin. (2) din Legea nr. 98/2016 cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarficare/informatiilor suplimentare in a 11-a zi dinainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor.
