Der Auftragnehmer stellt alle, für die Werksabnahme erforderlichen, Messmittel, Lehren und das Hilfspersonal. Einhaltung von - Eisenbahn- Bau- und Betriebsordnung ( EBO ) - Oberbau- Richtlinien für nichtbundeseigne Eisenbahnen ( Obri-NE ) - Weichenhandbuch - Typisierung von Weichen, Kreuzungen und Gleisverbinder aus rillenlosen Schienen des VÖV und des Fachverbandes Weichenbau ( FW ). - Richtlinie TL 918 254 Deutsche Bahn AG. Um die Qualität der zuliefernden Anlage zu sichern, werden nachfolgende Baustellentermine festgelegt. Die jeweiligen Termine werden protokolliert und das Protokoll dem Auftraggeber zugesendet. Nachauftragserteilung ist eine Vertragserfüllungsbürgschaft vorzulegen.
