Main features of the procedure: Voor de aanbesteding van de Opdracht, hanteert de VRK de Europese openbare aanbestedingsprocedure. Op deze aanbestedingsprocedure is de Aanbestedingswet van toepassing. Hier is voor gekozen omdat de geraamde opdrachtwaarde op of rond de Europese aanbestedingsdrempel voor SAS-diensten ligt. Hierbij wordt gebruik gemaakt van een gewogen scoremodel.
