Title: Prestations de transport par autocar de groupes scolaires dans le cadre des visites pédagogiques des installations de traitement et de valorisation des déchets du Syndicat Intercommunal Valoseine
Description: Le présent marché a pour objet la réalisation de prestations de transport occasionnel par autocar de groupes scolaires participant aux visites pédagogiques organisées dans le cadre des actions de sensibilisation au tri, à la réduction et à la valorisation des déchets mises en uvre par le Syndicat Intercommunal Valoseine. Les prestations comprennent principalement : - le transport aller-retour des groupes scolaires ; - la mise à disposition des véhicules et conducteurs ; - l'organisation logistique des déplacements ; - les prestations spécifiques liées au transport de groupes scolaires et, le cas échéant, de personnes à mobilité réduite (PMR). Les visites pédagogiques sont organisées par un prestataire spécialisé missionné par le Syndicat Intercommunal Valoseine. Le titulaire du présent marché intervient exclusivement pour les prestations de transport. Les établissements scolaires ne disposent d'aucun lien contractuel direct avec le titulaire. Les prestations concernent les établissements situés : - sur les territoires des collectivités adhérentes au Syndicat Intercommunal Valoseine ; - ainsi que, le cas échéant, sur les territoires des structures partenaires bénéficiant du dispositif dans le cadre des conventions de coopération conclues avec le syndicat. Les prestations sont principalement réalisées à destination : - du centre de valorisation énergétique AZALYS situé avenue de l'Europe à Carrières-sous-Poissy. - du centre de valorisation matière CYRENE situé à Triel-sur-Seine, futur VALOPÔLE Matières. Les modalités techniques d'exécution des prestations sont précisées dans les pièces du marché, notamment le cahier des clauses techniques particulières (CCTP) et ses éventuelles annexes.
