Description of the options: Het doel van deze aanbesteding is om een Overeenkomst te sluiten met één Opdrachtnemer. Deze Overeenkomst wordt aangegaan voor de duur van twee jaar. De Overeenkomst gaat in op 1 oktober 2026 en eindigt van rechtswege op 1 oktober 2028. De VRK heeft de mogelijkheid om de Overeenkomst twee keer onder dezelfde voorwaarden te verlengen met een periode van een jaar. In het geval dat de VRK gebruikmaakt van deze verlengingsoptie zal de VRK Opdrachtnemer hierover uiterlijk drie maanden voor het einde van de Overeenkomst schriftelijk in kennis stellen. Indien de VRK geen gebruik maakt van de verlengingsmogelijkheid eindigt de Overeenkomst van rechtswege na het verstrijken van de initiële looptijd.
